It started with a garden full of concrete

Like many of us during lockdown, I turned to my garden as a means of escape. Having moved into our home just a few years before, I’d never had the time to rebuild it into my dream garden.

I’d always loved the outdoors - my Dad, Eddie, had instilled that love in me from a very young age. But faced with a garden that was 90% concrete, I felt a bit stuck.

I looked in vain online for videos that would show me how to transform my space, and realised there was very little out there that didn’t already speak to an audience with some expertise. So, alongside building my own garden, I documented helpful tips and tricks I’d found along the way, as well making some of the basics of lawn care, pruning and planting as easy to follow as possible.

A few years on and I am delighted to be still sharing that content with you all, including in my first book, The Easy Garden. Thank you all for following along.
